3 layer cladding boards
The boards are produced from three glued together water tight spruce or fir layers. The outer layers are of butt glued and lengthwise running leaves, but the middle layer is of cross laid strips which are framed with lengthwise and cross end battens. The surface consists of a melamine resin coating which does not adhere to the concrete. The side edges are protected with a façade acrylic paint.
This produces the following properties:
- Minimum distortion
- High bend strength
- Broad range of applications
- Thicknesses 21 and 27 mm, length 1-3 m
- Smooth, ground surface, protected by a coating of synthetic resin
- Waterproof edge, the centre layer consists of cross laid strips which are protected by a frame
- Three layer construction with longitudinal unconnected laminates on the outsides
- Waterproof gluing per DIN Standard (AW 100)
This high-quality product can be used as a formwork plate (with proper care and maintenance before and after use) for up to 20 times.
