Wood-concrete composite system

Wood-concrete composite systems combine the advantages of a solid concrete deck with those of a visually appealing wooden floor. The heart of this solution is a connecting plate, approved by the building inspectorates in Germany and Austria, between the wood cross section and the concrete slab. HASSLACHER NORICA TIMBER is the only company which as a recognised and certified manufacturer is able to produce the timber components and the glued-in shear connector.

The wood-concrete deck systems are available in various versions: raftered decks with concrete overlay up to 8m span width, joisted decks with concrete overlay, up to 12 m span width as well as prefabricated concrete deck systems up to 15m span width. Wall and ceiling elements as wood-concrete composite elements or bridge constructions can also be produced in wood-concrete composite.
